Layouts and Space Planning
We create functional, well-balanced floor plans that reflect how you live and use your space.
Material Specification Packages
We’ll pull together cohesive finish palettes and source all the details — including tile, paint, flooring, cabinetry, and lighting — so your project comes together seamlessly.
AutoCad, Working Drawings:
Detailed construction drawings are provided for millwork, electrical, plumbing, tile layouts, and finishes — ensuring your contractor has everything they need to build it right.
Additional Services
Furniture Plans & Specifications
We can help plan and specify furniture layouts that work with your space — balancing flow, function, and scale.
3D Sketch-up Models
Available upon request for key areas, to help you better visualize the design before it’s built.
Please note: LHID does not provide permit-ready drawings.
We collaborate with a trusted local drafter who can take our concept plans and develop them into full construction drawings ready for city submission or structural review.
LH Interior Design Billing Process
We bill on a flat-rate fee for design services. A phone or site consultation is required to determine the scope of the project.
A payment schedule and contract with further details can be provided upon request.
